“An unfinished building is like a vase without flowers.”

Artist’s Description:

The Artist will beautify and cover a 10-story building using over 155 large parasols that are round and rectangular shaped. The shapes will become dots & dashes and create a pattern in Morse Code that translate to ‘Welcome’ on the south-side of the building and ‘We Love You’ on the north-side of the building.
